Industrial 18-needle single head embroidery machine with extra-large embroidery area
The SPRINT 7 XL combines the advantages of all current sprinting machines with the possibilities of the even larger embroidery field of the SPRINT 7L.
The drives mounted at the top make it possible to use the space gained to embroider even bulky goods such as golf bags. With its embroidery field size of 400 x 1400 mm, the SPRINT 7 XL is also the reference among the sprint machines here.

The SPRINT 7 Series is equipped with 18 needles and servo drives. The SPRINT 7 is ca. 7,5% more efficient than the SPRINT 6 due to increased speeds at longer stitch lengths.
The benchmark of 18 needles increases efficiency by reduction of thread cone changes. 18 needles allow to keep standard colours on the machine or to equip certain needles with special needle sizes for thin or thick thread.
The control unit saves the starting point of designs and can drive to a centre position after each embroidery job.
The SPRINT 7 L and SRINT 7 XL can be used for tubular, cap and border frame embroidery. The machines are equipped with extra-large sewing fields and have no sidewalls. The drive systems are installed on the upper side of the body and allow embroidery on oversized jackets, blankets, duffel bags and suitcases.
The Series presents the perfect combination of outstanding results on bulky products and very fine embroidery on smaller products.
Measured by the wide range of applications and the enormous embroidery field size for single-head machines, the SPRINT 7 XL is the top model within the popular SPRINT series.

Free delivery, installation and training
We offer free delivery, installation and training on all of our machines. Our qualified technicians will aim to arrive with you in the morning with your new machine, install the machine in your desired location, and complete a full training course with up to a recommended amount of four persons.
Our technicians provide hands-on-training, which we believe is the most successful method of training, in the full operations of the machine, general maintenance of the machine and anything else you need to know to get you up and running. Our technicians will never leave you without your full confidence in running the machine, whether this happens after two hours or eight hours.

We offer our services nationwide at no extra charge! Our head office is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We also have a technician in Paisley, Scotland, and another technician based in London.
As we are spread across the UK Mainland, we guarantee that we will be able to get to you quicker than other competitors, no matter where you are based.
Warranty and support
All of our ZSK machines come with a 24 month on-site warranty. We are sure you won't need us in this time, however in case you do, our technicians will get to you as quickly as possible to get you back up and running. We offer telephone support with our technicians, who will always aim to get any problems fixed over the phone in the first instance, to prevent any unnecessary down time in your production.
Payment and trading in
We offer flexible business leasing finance packages, tailored to suit you, over two, three, four or five years, whether you are a new start business or an established business for over three years.
