Shipping options & Delivery costs

We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout

In store collection – Free

You may collect your order from our Leeds Branch without extra charge. Orders placed before 12pm are usually ready for collection after 2pm on the same working day, unless we have contacted you to inform you of any products that are out of stock. Orders placed after 12pm will not be ready until after 2pm on the next working day. Failure to comply by arriving for collection before your allocated collection time may result in you being asked to return at the stated time.

Standard 2-3 day delivery - £8.15

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, your order will be shipped via DPD Local on a next working day delivery.

Next Working Day Delivery - £11.15

Orders placed before 12pm will be processed and dispatched same working day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and dispatched next working day, for delivery the following working day.

Before 12 Noon Next Working Day Delivery - £13.20

Orders placed before 12pm will be processed and dispatched same working day for pre-12pm next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and dispatched next working day, for delivery pre-12pm on the following working day.

Before 10:30am Next Working Day Delivery - £20.70

Orders placed before 12pm will be processed and dispatched same working day for pre-10:30am next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and dispatched next working day, for delivery pre-10.30am on the following working day.

Standard 2-3 Day Economy Delivery (Northern Ireland) - £30.00

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, your order will be shipped via DPD Local on a next working day delivery.

Next Working Delivery (Northern Ireland) - £40.00

2-3 Day Delivery Scottish Highlands - £30.00

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, your order will be shipped via DPD Local on a two-working day delivery.

2-5 Day Delivery Scottish Islands - £35.00

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, your order will be shipped via DPD Local on a two-working day delivery.

For shipping to the British Isles, please contact our office for a shipping quotation.

Shipping rates may increase due to the type or quantity of products on your order. This is calculated based on the weight of products.

Order processing time

All orders placed on a next day shipping service or collection in store before 12pm Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same working day. All orders placed after will be processed and dispatched the next working day

Orders placed on a 2-3 working day delivery will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Delivery Addresses and P.O. Boxes

Please note that we may not be able to modify your shipping address once you have placed your order. Should you need to make any changes, please contact our office as soon as possible and we will do all we can to accommodate, however without guarantee.

Stocks Sewing Machines Ltd and DPD Local are not held liable for delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

We are sorry but we do not ship internationally.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
